Today, we learned the hiragana letter し during our Japanese lesson and practiced writing it together. It is still challenging for the children, but it is great practice for developing proper pencil grip and learning to recognize hiragana characters.

We went to see our Tomato 🍅 plants 🪴, we saw a tiny green tomato. 🥰

 

We played Toy Story’s ‘Andy Is Coming’ game today. Whenever we shouted, ‘Andy is coming!’, everyone quickly turned into toys and froze without moving. It was so much fun, and the kids absolutely loved it!😊

Today’s Singing lesson 🎶

 

 

The kids were so excited for Bento Day! They could hardly wait until lunchtime and spent the whole morning talking about what was inside their bentos, what they wanted to eat first, and how their moms had made them. Their excitement and happy chatter made the day even more special.

Today we made a Tanabata craft of the Tanabata stars, Orihime and Hikoboshi. We made their kimonos using origami paper, drew their faces, and decorated them with stars.” ✨🎋

Today we had our art lesson! Since it’s the rainy season, we drew cute umbrellas and painted the falling rain with blue paint. Afterwards, we created beautiful drawings of our loved ones, along with colorful flowers and green grass. Everyone enjoyed expressing their creativity, and the artwork turned out so lovely!

We hang our Tanabata wishes in the Koala class🎋

 

Today, we wrote down our wishes for the Tanabata tree 🎋 Although the children are still too young to write by themselves, we helped them write their wishes. It was so cute to hear what they wished for! Some wished for new 🧸 , some wanted beautiful princess 👗 , and a few even said they wanted to drive an 🚑 . It was lovely to see their imagination and excitement as they shared their wants and needs. 

Today, we played with clay for the first time in Koala Class. We were amazed by how creative the children’s imaginations were! Saya-chan made a hot dog 🌭, and Sona-chan made a cute cat. Everyone was very engaged and enjoyed exploring the clay, creating all kinds of wonderful shapes and ideas. It was lovely to see their creativity and concentration during the activity.

It was such a fun first clay experience for them! 😊✨

 

Today, we practiced drawing lines and also learned how to hold a pencil correctly. We drew a bear together, which was a little challenging, but everyone did their best and followed Naomi Sensei’s instructions carefully. It was wonderful to see the children concentrating and trying their hardest throughout the activity.

We went for a walk and collected many flowers 💐 

Today’s Good Morning Circle was lots of fun! We enjoyed plenty of dancing, including the Alphabet Dance. Everyone participated enthusiastically, moving their bodies and having a great time together. It was a wonderful way to start the day with energy and smiles.

English lesson with Kay sensei, We practiced counting, learning colors, and reviewing the alphabet today. The children also enjoyed finding the first letter of their names in the alphabet, making the activity both fun and engaging. 

We pasted our Carp streamer 🎏 craft in our sketchbook and colored to make it more beautiful with flowers, clouds and our family on it 🫶

Today we did Yoga exercises to improve our body balance and flexibility. Kids had so much fun doing it.

We played few games too 👏🏻🥰

 

Today’s singing lesson was full of fun and smiles! Everyone enjoyed singing different songs and joining in with a little dancing too.

We sang the “Do-Re-Mi” song with hand gestures, and it was wonderful to see the children singing so beautifully and enthusiastically. Their lovely voices made the lesson extra special.
